Act as the strategic partner to the Autonomous Production Team (EAP3) regarding schedule, cost, quality, HSE, people and project performance for the FAL Line A business unit. Support the Head of Operations in decision-making: provide required analyses, lead critical actions for the sector, and supply any other necessary elements.Lead communication activities for the business unit with both internal and external stakeholders. Lead people change management activities, including but not limited to improving employee engagement. Collaborate with the Head of Operations and stakeholders to resolve problems. Collaborate with experts from other teams with the objective of standardization.Translate the Head of Operations' vision into a strategic plan and monitor its progress. Support and propose governance adaptations to maintain a high-performing organization that enables decision-making. Serve as the escalation point with the AOS team and strategic analysts. Develop, harmonize and update integrated plans.Support plan quality by implementing performance indicators. Manage risks and opportunities for the sector and ensure they are escalated according to Airbus standards to the organization's risks and ops leader. Use specific project management tools and methodologies to secure optimal execution. Establish and manage governance for multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external to Airbus.Ensure overall coherence of initiatives leading to CVAT improvement within the organization (continuous improvement routines, PDCA, VSA, Balanced Scorecard...). Qualifications

Hold a bachelor's degree in Management, Project Management, Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years' experience in project or program management or equivalent. Strong leadership skills and a high level of influence, able to adapt to diverse audiences including managers at all levels. Experience needed to support teams through change.Organized with strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Open-minded, possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in teams. Can organize and facilitate workshops with many stakeholders to achieve set objectives.Bilingual (French and English).
