Observability Advisor for Infrastructure, Saint-Hyacinthe

Elevate application performance as an Observability and DevOps Advisor at Intact. This role involves enhancing our systems while supporting teams with observability solutions and best practices.

As a member of the SRE&Operational Intelligence team, you will leverage your knowledge in observability and DevOps to onboard teams onto our platforms. Your role emphasizes artificial intelligence integration and CI/CD pipelines, focusing on preventing production incidents and enhancing reliability across services and applications. Your experience will impact cross-functional teams and the overall development ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:• Support production teams during incidents and identify preventive measures • Onboard new applications and services onto observability platforms • Enhance observability practices, tools, and documentation • Facilitate CI/CD pipeline adoption and AI utilization • Train teams on observability tools and methodologies

Requirements:• Minimum of 5 years in DevOps or observability roles • Experience with Terraform for CI/CD design • Bilingual: fluent in French and English • Knowledge of AI in software development context • Eligible to work in Canada
