Le superviseur est appelé, entre autres, à assurer la sécurité, le bien-être et le rendement des employés qui lui sont assignés, en effectuant un travail de qualité, tout en respectant les valeurs et les objectifs de l’entreprise. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS - Planifier et gérer quotidiennement les activités et la main d’œuvre pour les départements stocks, réception et expédition - Diriger une équipe d’employés en veillant à leur santé et sécurité, la qualité des produits livrés et s’assurer d’une productivité optimale, le tout dans un esprit d’amélioration continue - Assurer l’exactitude de l’inventaire, en respectant les bonnes pratiques de mouvement d’inventaire, effectuer les décomptes cycliques et ajustements d’inventaire - Améliorer les méthodes de travail de façon à augmenter l’efficacité de ses départements - Participer régulièrement à la revue de son départment avec son supérieur (donner un compte rendu concernant l’atteinte des divers objectifs, les problèmes rencontrés, les plans d’action en cours et à venir) - Participer activement à l’accueil, à l’intégration, à la formation, au développement de compétences et à l’évaluation du personnel - Approuver et gérer les heures de son personnel - Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe demandée par son supérieur QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES - Formation académique pertinente au poste - Aisance avec l’utilisation d’un système ERP - Connaissance de la suite MS Office (Excel, Word) - Excellentes connaissances en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail - Bonnes connaissances en ressources humaines - Bonne capacité d’analyse - Autonomie et bon jugement - Sens de la communication - Flexibilité - Sens des priorités et de l’organisation - Capacité de travailler en équipe. - Complètement bilingue (français et anglais) – oral et écrit EXPÉRIENCE Minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinente en Supervision et Gestion d’entrepôt et d’inventaire.The supervisor is called upon, among other things, to ensure the safety, well-being and performance of the employees assigned to him or her, by performing quality work, while respecting the company’s values and objectives. — MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan and manage daily activities for the inventory (receiving and shipping) - Manage a team of employees, ensuring their health and safety - Manage the quality of products delivered - Ensure the accuracy of the inventory, by respecting proper inventory practices, perform cyclical counts and inventory adjustments - Improve work methods in order to increase efficiency and optimize productivity - Participate regularly in the review of his/her department with his/her superior (give an account of the achievement of various objectives, problems encountered, current and future action plans) - Participate actively in the reception, integration, training, skills development and evaluation of staff - Approve and manage the hours of his/her personnel - Perform any other related duties as requested by his/her supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - Academic background relevant to the position - Ease with the use of an ERP system - Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word) - Excellent knowledge of occupational health and safety - Good knowledge of human resources - Good analytical skills - Autonomy and valuable judgement - Good communication skills - Flexibility - Sense of priorities and organization - Ability to work in a team - Fully bilingual (French & English) – oral and written EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Warehouse and Inventory Supervision and Management.
