Tasks Manage and participate in the creation and execution of turnkey, unique, and artistic landscaping projects on high-end job sites. Operate machinery (asset) and supervise field work. Take part in the full execution of projects, from site preparation to final finishing. Coordinate a small team on site (2 to 4 employees). Perform any other related duties as required. Job requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping + experience as a crew leader OR robust autonomy on job sites. Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites independently. Ability to follow safety procedures at all times, regardless of tools or machinery used. Capable of managing a full project (interlock paving, layout, finishing).
