On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
managing project budgets and target dates
ensuring deliverables comply with client standards and requirements
defining an engineering execution strategy based on the schedule (work plan)
participating in the preparation of cost estimates and quotes
producing instrument specifications
working in synergy with all disciplines
supervising the preparation of technical drawings
ensuring quality control of deliverables produced
conducting site visits and surveys
Requirements
:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, automation, instrumentation, or a related discipline)
• 10 years of experience in instrumentation and control
• Experience in consulting engineering
• Member of the
Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
(OIQ)
•
Fluency
in
French and English is occasionally required for collaboration with colleagues and clients outside of Quebec, both in written and spoken communication.
You are the one we are looking for if you have:
• strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
• the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, objectives, and goals
• excellent teamwork skills
• a results-oriented approach to problem solving
• knowledge of PLC programming, human-machine interfaces (HMI), distributed control systems (DCS), and safety systems (an asset)
