Your Future Role Reporting to the Finance Director at the head office, you will be responsible for accurate financial information, compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management decisions through reliable reporting.

You will oversee accounting operations, produce financial statements, and partner with operational teams, project controllers, and industrial controllers.

Your expertise will include strong financial management knowledge in the industrial sector, advisory and leadership experience, and strict application of financial standards.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) is based at our St-Bruno site on the South Shore of Montreal, in a hybrid environment with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week.

Your Main Responsibilities

Lead the monthly closing process and prepare financial statements

Analyze results, identify budget variances, and provide clear explanations to stakeholders

Produce financial analyses and support the preparation of management reports

Participate in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts

Support year-end file preparation and collaborate with external auditors

Strictly adhere to the processes, methods, and tools in place related to these activities

Contribute to continuous improvement projects and lessons-learned (REX) initiatives from previous projects

About You We value passion and personality as much as experience. To thrive and achieve your goals, the following are essential:

University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to present to senior management teams

Strong communication skills in both French and English

Proficiency with IT and office tools (Microsoft Suite, SAP ERP)
