Full Time Construction Manager Role (Sainte-Thérèse)

Join a growing team as a Construction Manager, managing projects at our office and manufacturing site. Lead subcontractor activities and oversee daily operations in a permanent, full time position. As a Construction Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, plan operations, and prepare budget estimates. Your role involves recruiting staff, preparing contracts, and implementing quality control policies. Ensure schedules are met while monitoring construction progress and reading blueprints effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure project success - Evaluate and organize daily operational tasks - Prepare and submit detailed budget estimates - Recruit and supervise staff and subcontractors - Monitor project schedules and milestones effectively Requirements: - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Suite - Experience in managing 5-10 personnel - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel - Knowledge of construction safety and standard procedures - Own steel-toed safety boots for site work Become an integral part of our construction management team and contribute significantly to project efficiency and success.
