Main Responsibilities Analyze after-sales service requests and diagnose issues to identify non-conformities and determine the appropriate action.

Research relevant information for purchasing parts in original orders.

Receive quotes and follow-ups for services with fees and collect payment.

Follow up on the various stages of files (quote, customer information) so that they are processed as quickly as possible.

Desired Profile

Relevant experience in a customer service position

Excellent verbal communication skills

Analytical skills and ability to find solutions quickly

Dynamic, autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented

Ability to manage problems and a high volume of requests

Self-control and good stress managementGood knowledge of MS Office software

Good attitude and ability to work well in a team

Bilingualism an asset
