Description
Responsibilities
Handle documentation, customs permits, and incoming shipment arrangements, including declaration of Import/Export permits via TradeNet in full compliance with Singapore Customs requirements.
Liaise with shipping companies and internal departments to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
Perform data entry on daily delivery, purchase orders, sales invoices, and filing documents.
Attend phone calls and coordinate with customers on enquiries.
Conduct stock‑taking and perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office.
Work Schedule 5.5 days per week: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm.
