Role&Responsibilities
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Population Health and Integrated Care (PHIC)– Integrated Continuing Care (ICC) will oversee and manage a spectrum of Population Health programs, working with the ICC team and various stakeholders in both operational and strategic planning aspects. Key responsibilities include:Responsible for daily operations of the programme Oversee and play a key role in operational processes Identify key areas of change and develop new workflows or adjust existing workflows to accommodate programme or landscape changes Problem‑solve when adhoc situations arise Maintain and improve databases to keep an accurate and updated record of cases received by the programmeOversee all inventory matters for the programme Collate and report data to internal/external stakeholders, including SingHealth Office of Regional Health (SORH), at regular intervals Facilitate, support, and conduct presentations (including slide preparation and minute taking) at administrative, programme, department, and division level meetingsPerform any other adhoc duties as assigned Job Requirements
General Bachelor's Degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and formula application Relevant working experience of at least 2-3 years in operations within healthcare or other industries (preferred) Strong oral and written communication skills
