Saint John, Canada Candidates working in this post are required to recruit professional drivers and develop orientation and training plans. They’re also appointed at this post to provide continuous coaching and feedback, administer performance management processes and follow progressive discipline procedures. Candidates for this post are required to engage in employee retention and satisfaction initiatives, including wellness programs. Candidates are also required to manage injury and incident reporting and assist with investigation and resolution to be eligible for this post. They must be able to promote personal and environmental safety achieve established goals and collaborate with Environment, Health & Safety. Candidates must have post‑secondary education and equivalent operations or distribution experience, with a customer service background to be eligible for this post. They must have 2-3 years’ experience in distribution and operations to be eligible for this post. They must have a minimum of 2-3 years of leadership/management experience to be eligible for this post. They’re appointed at this post to support external customers by addressing concerns, promptly resolving issues, and maintaining commitments and internal customers by fostering relationships working at this post. Candidates must acquire excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. They must acquire dedicated leadership skills with the ability to build relationships. Candidates for this post must have analytical skills and quick decision-making ability with attention to accuracy and detail to be eligible for this post.
