Data Entry/Customer Service (Saint John)

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry/Customer Service skilled to join our team. This role involves managing data accurately, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining efficient administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with databases and ERP systems, and excellent organizational abilities to ensure smooth workflow and data integrity. Responsibilities - Enter and update data accurately into various databases and ERP systems - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner - Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data collection, and record keeping - Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking information - Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems - Assist with data verification and quality control processes - Support team members with clerical tasks including typing, document preparation, and data entry - Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times Requirements - Prior office experience or administrative background preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills - Experience working with databases and ERP systems is a plus - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills for customer service interactions - Basic clerical experience including filing and data collection techniques Pay: $15.65-$39.37 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pcbo5
