Description
Responsibilities Experienced in retrofitting, A&A works, R&R works, maintenance works for both minor and major works for Electrical works.
To ensure effective and safe operations for all electrical services’ equipment facilities and system which are regularly inspected by team of Technical Officers / Supervisors and Technicians, especially for urgent complaints or issues.
Overall supervision, coordination and monitoring of the following: documentation; reports; building fault analysis; material; tools; machinery; spare parts and other necessary work.
Able to generate quotations, tracking PO, DO, Invoice, preparation of P&L, Service Report.
Thinking and planning for improvement works on the items that frequently damage and prevent damage and conduct feasibility studies.
Able to do planning, programming, and scheduling the works and resources.
Developing the Team by motivating and inspiring to contribute and take initiatives and provide them with the required support and coaching. Resolving the issue of sub-ordinates– offsite and onsite
Working with Clients and Contractors.
Responsible to take the lead and managing the team for preventive and corrective maintenance, planning, engineering, and programming works.
Review and follow up the warranty and indemnities of the item of works.
Thinking of finding a solution to the problem, as much as possible there will be no cost implication to the project.
Carrying out site inspections to identify electrical defects and inspection of retrofitting, renovation / A&A works.
Quality inspection of before and after the work.
Coordination with the other Trades/Department such as Building, Mechanical, ACMV, FRC and others.
Any other duty and deployment as assigned by reporting officer.
Skills&Qualifications Strong leadership and people management skills.
Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance Systems and Engineering (Electrical).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven capability to manage subcontractors and ensure service delivery excellence.
Job Requirements At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Minimum degree in Electrical Engineering.
To be able to work independently.
Pro-active and able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
