Events Manager (Outram)

We're looking for an Events Manager who can lead the delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events across regional and global projects. This role is about bringing structure, ideas, and good judgment to every stage of the work, from early planning and proposals through to execution and reconciliation. You'll work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to shape event experiences that are thoughtful, well‑run, and aligned to client objectives. It's a role for someone who enjoys the pace and variety of event work, is confident managing the moving parts, and works well with others to bring projects together smoothly. What you'll own Support the end‑to‑end delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events across regional and global projects, with the ability to lead selected event projects from planning through execution an added advantage. Manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders, deliverables, and event documentation from planning through to execution and reconciliation. Build strong client relationships and work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep projects aligned, efficient, and well run. Contribute to proposals and pitches by developing practical, creative event approaches, delivery plans, scope inputs, and budget estimates. Oversee production, show flow, content, technical delivery, and onsite readiness to ensure ideas are carried through into strong event outcomes. Anticipate risks, troubleshoot effectively, and bring calm, practical judgment when plans change. Contribute ideas, improve ways of working, and help maintain high standards across the team. What you'll bring Strong event management experience in an agency, client‑side, or similarly quick‑paced environment. Confidence managing multiple moving parts without losing detail, pace, or quality. Strong client, stakeholder, and supplier management skills. Solid event production knowledge and a practical understanding of live delivery. Good commercial judgment, including experience with budgeting, reconciliation, and scope development. Experience contributing to proposals, pitches, and solutioning in a client‑facing environment. A hands‑on, proactive working style with the confidence to take ownership and follow things through. The ability to think clearly, make decisions quickly, and keep things moving in high‑pressure situations. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions. Experience delivering projects across APAC is highly valued. Familiarity with event tech, registration tools, or attendee data platforms would be an advantage. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Events, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant hands‑on experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications. 5+ years of experience in events, conference management, or related delivery roles.
