Position Overview: As an Accounts Payable Administrator (12‑Month Contract), you will be responsible for supporting the accounts payable function, ensuring that all payments are accurate, properly authorized, and processed on a timely basis. You will also provide support to accounts receivable and general accounting activities, contributing to financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and process improvements across the accounting team. Your key responsibilities include: Accounts Payable - Process invoices and payment requests in line with company policies - Ensure payments are accurate, authorized, and processed on time - Reconcile vendor and accounts payable balances - Maintain payment documentation and records Accounts Receivable Support - Assist with processing payments and maintaining accurate records - Reconcile receivables and support issue resolution - Monitor outstanding balances and assist with follow‑up General Accounting Support - Assist with reconciliations and journal entries - Support month‑end and year‑end processes - Respond to inquiries and collaborate with internal teams - Contribute to process improvements and provide team support Requirements for the successful candidate: - Accounting diploma or degree preferred - 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, receivable, or general accounting - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) - Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving ability Rewards & Benefits: - 12 Month Contract, Full-time position - Competitive compensation - Base Salary Range: $47,000 - $55,000 - Contractor Health & Dental Benefits program - Flexible, people-oriented working environment with hybrid work options - Opportunities to gain broad experience across accounts payable and general accounting - Meaningful work that impacts local communities Full details about this exciting opportunity can be found at Application deadline is June 2, 2026 Grenville Mutual welcomes applications from all individuals.
