Service Advisor (Sarnia)

We are seeking a customer-focused professional who takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience while managing a high-volume workload with professionalism and attention to detail. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who builds trust quickly, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. What You’ll Do - Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery - Accurately open, manage, and follow up on detailed repair orders - Clearly explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs with confidence and transparency - Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the service process - Work closely with technicians and internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction - Manage customer concerns professionally and effectively - Build long-term customer relationships focused on retention and trust - Contribute positively to a cooperative and performance-driven team workplace What You Bring - Minimum 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in an OEM dealership environment - Strong customer service and relationship-building skills - Qualified communication style and solid interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Positive attitude and team-first mindset - Experience with dealership management systems; PBS experience is an asset - Ford experience is considered an asset, but not required What We Offer - Competitive compensation based on experience (Expected earnings: $50,000–$75,000+) - Full advantages package - Ongoing training and development - Supportive and team-oriented culture - Career growth opportunities within a growing automotive organization Why Join?
