Position Description Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects through full lifecycle management including planning, execution, cost control, schedule, and client coordination. The Project Manager leads cross-functional project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and technical requirements within the oil & gas, petrochemical, pipeline, and energy industries. Primary Responsibilities - Develop and maintain comprehensive project execution plans including scope, schedule, cost controls, and resource planning - Lead project execution activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field installation to ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones - Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships including bid evaluation, contract negotiation, scope alignment, and performance monitoring - Monitor project performance including cost forecasts, schedule progress, and cash flow, and implement corrective actions when required - Maintain accountability for project performance including margin protection, cost control, and financial risk management - Lead change management processes including assessment, negotiation, and documentation of change orders and scope modifications - Identify project risks and execution challenges early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project performance - Provide regular project reporting including financial forecasts, schedule status, risk updates, and milestone progress - Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and ongoing coordination throughout the project lifecycle - Coordinate internal resources and cross-departmental teams to ensure effective project delivery - Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal quality and safety standards - Adhere to LamSar’s core values of Diversity & Inclusion, Mutual Respect, Integrity, Freedom, Openness, and Trust - Other duties as assigned Education & Qualifications - Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (required) - P.
