Marketing And Events Coordinator Sarnia

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual with a solid focus on graphic design, event planning, and group coordination. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects, work confidently with large teams, and execute at a high level. Primary Responsibilites Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish, including timelines, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site management Coordinate and support internal meetings, training sessions, and large group initiatives Work closely with leadership to develop and implement systems that improve team productivity and engagement Design and produce marketing materials using Canva, including social media content, feature sheets, presentations, event signage, and promotional assets Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels Provide marketing support to agents, including custom materials and campaign coordination Secondary Responsibilities Reception duties including answering phones and greeting clients General administrative support (office organization, supplies, paperwork) Qualifications Experience in event planning or coordinating large groups (required) Leadership, training, or team coordination experience preferred (required) Solid proficiency in Canva (required) Knowledge in Microsoft Office & G-Suite Highly organized with solid attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge in real estate is an asset but not required This position plays a key role in marketing, events, and team operations within a rapid-paced real estate environment.
