Job Title: Food Services Manager Location: 2684 Lakeshore Rd, Sarnia, ON, N7T 7H4 (1 Vacancy) Job Type: Regular Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-time Anticipated Start Date: As soon as Possible Salary: $36.00 per Hour Hours of Employment: 30-35 hours/Week Work Setting: Restaurant Job Duties and Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Rondo’s Pizza to ensure smooth service flow and a positive customer experience. - Develop and apply operational practices and service standards consistent with company policies and business objectives. - Recruit, onboard, and train team members to build an efficient workforce and ensure compliance with workplace procedures. - Prepare staff schedules, oversee daily performance, and provide guidance to maintain service consistency and productivity. - Monitor stock levels, sales figures, and operating costs, making adjustments to pricing and procedures to support business profitability. - Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring all food handling, hygiene, and safety requirements are met. - Liaise with suppliers to secure food products, packaging, and other materials in a timely and cost-effective manner. - Organize and oversee catering orders and coordinate arrangements for group bookings and special events held at the restaurant. Professional Skills and Requirements - College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. - 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the position or related position. - Ability to supervise 3-4 people. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment. - Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently, versatile, good time management, organizational, good teamwork and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ofwfb
