Location Maintenance & Repair Technician - Part-Time - Lambton Mall - Sarnia, ON $592 / month CAD Approximately 5 to 7 hour per week, a great Opportunity for Someone Looking for Additional Income! BASIC FUNCTION The Part-time Location Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of Smarte Carte equipment. This position is not eligible for relocation. Must be eligible to work in Canada without visa sponsorship. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Working knowledge of equipment and ability to perform maintenance and repairs. - Maintain clean equipment at all times. - Perform collections accurately, bank and report financial transactions as directed by the District Service Manager. - Submit reports in an accurate and timely manner. - Understand work rules and the expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte. - Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager. - Ensure a protected working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed. - Interact with facility management (mall management), to establish and maintain good rapport and excellent working relationships. - Manage location in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and Smarte Carte and facility policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned EDUCATION - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Associates or Technical degree preferred SKILLS - Electrical and mechanical equipment repair - Excellent verbal and written communication - Ability to maintain records, write reports, and effectively operate a computer with a Windows operating system, and effectively use a smartphone PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Lift 40 lbs. to waist height - Push/Pull 75-100 lbs. - Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time - Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS - Vehicle and valid Class G license required Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oanpp
