We are seeking a customer-focused professional who takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience while managing a high-volume workload with professionalism and attention to detail. What You’ll Do
Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery
Accurately open, manage, and follow up on detailed repair orders
Clearly explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs with confidence and transparency
Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the service process
Work closely with technicians and internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Manage customer concerns professionally and effectively
Build long-term customer relationships focused on retention and trust
Contribute positively to a collaborative and performance-driven team environment
What You Bring
Minimum 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in an OEM dealership environment
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Professional communication style and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Experience with dealership management systems; PBS experience is an asset
Ford experience is considered an asset, but not required
