This role calls for proven customer service capabilities to foster excellent member interactions. You will be responsible for selling memberships, facilitating car rentals, capturing passport photos, and supporting travel insurance education. A passion for helping members achieve peace of mind while traveling is essential.

Key Responsibilities:• Promote and sell memberships and merchandise • Book car rentals for members' convenience • Handle passport photo requests accurately • Issue International Driving permits to members • Educate on various travel insurance options

Requirements:• 2-3 years of retail customer service experience • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • TICO certification in progress or willingness to complete • Availability for flexible working hours • Relevant post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism is an asset
