Member Experience Consultant at CAA CCG, Sarnia

You will be responsible for selling memberships, facilitating car rentals, capturing passport photos, and supporting travel insurance education. A passion for helping members achieve peace of mind while traveling is essential.

Key Responsibilities:• Promote and sell memberships and merchandise • Book car rentals for members' convenience • Handle passport photo requests accurately • Issue International Driving permits to members • Educate on various travel insurance options

Requirements:• 2-3 years of retail customer service experience • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • TICO certification in progress or willingness to complete • Availability for flexible working hours • Relevant post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism is an asset
