Description
What you will do: As a Member Service Consultant (MSC) you will be required to provide exceptional experiences to our members. Your responsibilities include: selling memberships and merchandise, making car rental reservations, taking passport photos, issuing International Driving Permits, and educating members on travel insurance options.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of customer service and sales experience in a retail environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Completed TICO certification or willing to complete

Available to work flexible store operation hours

Post‑secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or a related field, is a strong asset
