Job Summary This is an interview position. Provide courteous and efficient pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; provide related customer service functions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or educational equivalent.

Valid driver’s license (e.g., Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) with a good driving record and two or fewer violations or accidents in the prior 24 months.

Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.

One year of customer‑oriented business experience preferred.

Must achieve the minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.

Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment.

Willingness to work flexible schedules and holidays based on business needs.

Must be able to complete mandatory testing and training, operate in a PC Windows environment, and complete recurrence training and maintain annual accreditations where applicable.

Must be bilingual (French and English) if residing in Quebec.
