Position Overview As a Growth Coordinator, you will support the execution of PocketRide’s growth initiatives by coordinating campaigns, assisting with partnership outreach, tracking analytics, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. This role is ideal for someone detail oriented, highly organized, and eager to gain practical experience in marketing, partnerships, and business growth within a fast-paced startup environment.

Primary Responsibilities Campaign Coordination

Assist in the execution of rider and driver acquisition campaigns.

Coordinate content calendars, outreach schedules, and promotional activities.

Monitor campaign performance and provide timely updates to the marketing team.

Partnership Support

Support outreach to local businesses, universities, and organizations.

Help manage communication with partners and maintain partnership databases.

Assist in creating co-branded promotional materials and onboarding kits.

Analytics&Reporting

Collect and organize campaign data to track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and retention.

Build basic reports and dashboards to share insights with the leadership team.

Support in monitoring user feedback and community engagement metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with product, operations, and finance teams to align growth activities.

Assist leadership in preparing presentations, reports, and funding applications.

Ensure consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (in progress or completed).

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and basic reporting tools; familiarity with CRM or analytics platforms is an asset.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Basic understanding of growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion rates.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Passion for startups, mobility innovation, and community-driven growth.
