Become a key part of BMO’s customer service team as a Banking Associate in the Sarnia-Chatham-Windsor corridor. Engage clients and provide dedicated financial advice to enhance their banking experience.
In this associate role, you will proactively welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward optimal banking solutions. Working closely with BMO partners, you will explore strategies to grow client relationships and improve service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Guide customers on digital and self-serve banking options • Conduct needs-based conversations for personal banking • Support branch operations and manage customer requests • Review client profiles to identify additional services • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience
Requirements: • 1-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education • Confidence with digital banking tools and social media • Robust drive for personal customer interaction • Ability to work collaboratively in team settings • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
