Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Provide accurate information about our products and services. Assist customers with order processing and follow-up. Collaborate with technical teams to address customer needs. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Support sales team with administrative tasks related to customer accounts. CDMS software experience an asset Qualifications Proven experience in customer service . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of the instrumentation or valve industry is a plus but not required. Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
