Drive engagement and enhance practices with TD Wealth as a Senior Practice Consultant focusing on high-net-worth (HNW) Advisory teams. Leverage expertise to provide tailored solutions and coaching that empowers Advisors and optimizes practice management.
In this senior role, you will engage with Advisors to discover solutions that improve advisory practices. You will focus on implementing strategic initiatives that foster growth through efficiency, effective prospecting, and internal referrals. Your commitment to client-centered solutions and developing the advisory teams capability will be critical in optimizing their practices and driving their success.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver tailored practice enhancement solutions to HNW Advisors • Facilitate coaching and training for individual and group settings • Implement practice management initiatives at both Advisor and leader levels • Equip Advisors to build their brands and cultivate client relationships • Foster team development and maximize operational efficiencies
Requirements: • 10+ years in Sales Leadership or Advisory roles • Proven HNW advice delivery to clients • Exceptional presentation and coaching skills • Knowledge of TD Wealth products and private wealth management • Experience with industry certifications like CFP, CFA considered preferable
