Key Responsibilities: - Oversee center operations and staff supervision - Ensure adherence to childcare regulations and policies - Facilitate an engaging, inclusive curriculum implementation - Maintain proper records in line with government standards - Manage enrollment, budgets, and staffing needs Requirements: - CECE registration required with two years of supervisory experience - Current CPR Level C and First Aid certification - Current Vulnerable Criminal Reference Check needed - Ability to fulfill physical demands of the role - Legally entitled to work in Canada Lead with compassion and expertise at St Anne YMCA, guiding children's growth and development.
