Elevate children's mental health in Sarnia-Lambton as the Director of Services with St. Clair Child & Youth Services, driving clinical excellence and innovative care strategies. In this 1.0 FTE permanent position, you will join the Senior Leadership Team to lead and enhance programs for infants, children, and youth. With a strong foundation in clinical and operational leadership, you will support evidence-based practices while working collaboratively with staff and community partners. This role requires strategic oversight to align service delivery with the agency's vision, ensuring quality care that is responsive to community needs.
