Digital Marketing & Content Creation Manager (Sarnia)

Role Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Creation Manager with 3+ years of experience and a digital-first mindset. In this role, you will leverage modern AI tools to scale content production, improve workflow efficiency, and drive integrated marketing campaigns across our portfolio of real estate and technology businesses. This position is ideal for a creative and analytical marketer who can turn strategy into execution while maintaining a strong, purpose-driven brand voice. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that support both the real estate and technology sides of the Vensuris portfolio. · Create and manage content across digital platforms including website pages, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and promotional materials. · Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Midjourney, Jasper, and similar platforms to streamline content development, campaign planning, research, ideation, and creative execution. · Build and maintain content calendars aligned with business goals, launches, campaigns, and brand priorities across multiple business units. · Manage social media channels and create engaging content that speaks to land owners, investors, business owners, innovators, and technology audiences. · Support lead generation initiatives by creating campaign assets, landing page content, email sequences, and digital advertisements. · Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent brand messaging across the Vensuris ecosystem. · Monitor website, campaign, and social media performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. · Optimize content and digital assets for SEO and overall discoverability. · Identify cross-promotional opportunities across the portfolio and help unify marketing efforts where strategic value exists. Qualifications · 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, communications, or a related role. · Proven proficiency in using AI tools to drive integrated marketing campaigns and improve creative and operational efficiency. · Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with the capacity to tailor messaging to both real estate and technology audiences. · Experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and website content. · Comfort working across multiple brands, initiatives, or business units at once. · Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance reporting. · Proficiency with content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. · Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Preferred Skills · Knowledge of paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. · Experience with video editing, visual storytelling, and short-form content production. · Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools. · Ability to bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the role.
