We are looking for dedicated ClassAZ or DZ drivers to join our team and be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of concrete to various job sites in and around the Hemlo area.WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

Safely transport and deliver ready‑mix concrete to the region’s most iconic infrastructure and residential projects. Operate late‑model, well‑maintained ClassAZ or DZ trucks (manual transmission), performing meticulous pre/post‑trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is road‑ready. Act as a professional brand ambassador on‑site, fostering strong relationships with our diverse customer base.Champion a“Zero Harm” culture by adhering to strict health, safety and environmental policies. Perform daily inspections of assigned ready‑mix trucks and document findings. Load and unload concrete according to strict safety procedures and customer mix specifications. Maintain digital/manual deliverylogs and complete all necessary project paperwork.Maintain constant, professional communication with Dispatch and Plant Personnel. Perform minor routine maintenance and keep the cab and exterior of the vehicle clean. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Valid ClassAZ or DZ Driver’s License with an Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. Proven experience operating manual transmissions. Previous experience in construction delivery or heavy vehicle operation is an asset. Clean driving record (CVOR/Abstract) and a rock‑solid commitment to safety. Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including climbing truck ladders and lifting chutes.Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, with Saturdays and evenings as required by the high‑volume project schedule. Must meet requirements for distance, peripheral and depth perception to navigate busy construction sites. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean‑shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.WHAT WE OFFER
