FAST FOOD RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR/MANAGER Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen Sarnia, ON Position available: Managers / Shift Supervisors. Permanent Full-time position. Wage: Hourly ($17.50‑$20/hour) Bonus: Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly bonus based on sales target and performance. Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times. Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively. Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed. Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy.Ensuring guest service in all areas meets company standards. Responding to customer complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately completing designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products, cash control, HACCP logs and daily restaurant checklist.Assisting in optimizing profits by controlling product and labour costs. Communicating and overseeing the execution of product promotions. Staffing, training and developing hourly employees through hiring, orientations, ongoing feedback, use of training materials, establishment of performance expectations and conducting performance reviews.Preparing hourly employee schedules to meet staffing requirements for each day part as determined by the GM. Exercising good judgment in decision‑making and reporting issues to the GM. Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested by the GM. Requirements

Previous experience as a restaurant shift supervisor or manager. Extensive food and beverage knowledge. Outstanding leadership skills. Familiarity with restaurant management software. Open availability and ability to work evenings and weekends. Only qualified candidates with the above experience will be reviewed.
