Part-time hours, 3 days a week + rotating Saturdays

\* \*FLORAL DESIGNER:\*

-Minimum experience of 3 years in traditional and modern floral design, capable of independently creating all-occasion arrangements, sympathy and funeral tributes and wedding florals. Wedding installation and event work would be a valuable bonus!

-Experienced in designing European dish gardens, succulent gardens and general knowledge of house plants and plant care

- Ability to collaborate to meet customer specifications within budget

-Knowledgeable in processing procedures with fresh cut flowers and able to assist in maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and other floral supplies

- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- This role may require long periods of standing, lifting up to 40lbs, and exposure to varying temperatures

-Additional overtime or evening hours may be required during seasonal high volume weeks ( Valentines, Mothers Day, Christmas)

\* \*CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE\*

\* - Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques; previous experience as a floral designer or desire to learn to be a floral designer, is preferred but not required- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills supported by professionalism and empathy when needed- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires multi tasking between in-person and online clients, phone inquiries and delivery scheduling- Competent in computer tasks including POS system (Square), Gmail, Microsoft Word&Google Docs, familiar with website and e-commerce platforms is a plus
