The popular breakfast and lunch chain, Pür&Simple is coming to Sarnia

We are actively looking for a restaurant manager with a minimum of 2 year of experience in the restaurant industry.

The restaurant manager will be responsible for:

\* Executing day-to-day restaurant operations both Front and Back of house

\* Delivering hospitality and maximizing the guest experience

\* Responding in an efficient and professional manner to customer complaints

\* Constantly checking quality and plate presentation

\* Scheduling and organizing the human resources and supervising labour cost

\* Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity

\* Ordering food, supplies for the restaurant

\* Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

\* Controlling operational costs and identifying measures to reduce waste

\* Creating detailed reports on a weekly, monthly and annual basis

\* Promoting the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

\* Recommending ways to reach a local audience

\* Training new and current employees on Pür&Simple standards

\* Executing Pür&Simple brand standards to the highest level
