Site Manager As a Site Manager, you will utilize your 3+ years of experience managing industrial construction and maintenance projects to ensure the secure and efficient operations of the job site. You will develop and implement comprehensive project plans and systems, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget while receiving strategic support from the Area Manager. Responsibilities - Oversee on‑site construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Manage project schedules, resources, and materials. - Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Conduct regular safety audits and implement measures to maintain a safe working setting for all staff and subcontractors. - Lead and coordinate on‑site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and supervisors. Ensure smooth collaboration and effective task delegation, managing both productivity and morale. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. - Ensure that all work meets ClearWater's quality standards. Identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent delays or budget overruns.
