As a Production Operator, you will report to the Shift Supervisor, contributing to safety excellence and maximizing production efficiency. Your responsibilities include adhering to Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols while operating production equipment. Progress through the Proficiency Progression Program to achieve Fully Qualified Technician status.

Key Responsibilities:• Learn all phases of assigned production area • Support Environmental, Health, and Safety programs • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) • Identify hazards and communicate findings effectively • Maintain daily housekeeping in assigned areas

Requirements:• Minimum Grade 12 education including Math, Physics, Chemistry • 4th Class Operating Engineer Certificate required • Willingness to work overtime as needed • Valid driver's license essential • Ability to comply with safety and environmental standards
