As the Office Manager at 1st Choice Fabric Installations, the responsibilities include: - Bookkeeping: Managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and maintaining up-to-date financial statements. -Data Entry: Accurately entering and organizing hours worked data to facilitate payroll. -Bidding on Job: Preparing competitive bids on new projects, ensuring we present the best value to potential clients. -Scheduling: Coordinating schedules for installations equipment and meetings to optimize productivity. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow within our office. This role is pivotal in supporting the overall goals of 1st Choice Fabric Installations, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the fabric installation industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to manage administrative tasks efficiently. Below are the key requirements for this position: 1. Education and Experience: - Experience with Administration or related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in office management or a related role. 2. Skills and Competencies: - Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Solid organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Financial Management: - Experience in QB Online budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management. - Ability to manage office supplies and equipment procurement. -Experience with AR and AP. 4. Leadership: - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. - Experience in conflict resolution and staff management. 5. Customer Service: - Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Ability to handle inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
