Experienced Control System Engineer Wanted, Saskatoon

Peter Lucas Project Management seeks an experienced Control System Engineer to improve industrial processes in mining. This role is site-based, focusing on managing OT systems for optimal functionality.

You will play a key role in ensuring asset reliability and system performance as part of a dynamic team at Peter Lucas. With a focus on safety, you will manage system upgrades and automation initiatives, contributing to the success of diverse projects in the mining and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:• Execute design and optimization of control systems • Maintain plant automation processes and standards • Program and troubleshoot PLC and DCS systems • Collaborate with teams for performance improvements • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering • 5–8 years in control systems engineering • Strong capabilities in troubleshooting and systems design • Experience with industrial communications protocols • Willingness to travel for site work via aircraft
