Research Scientist - Rare Earth Elements, Saskatoon

As part of the SRC REE Commercial team in Saskatoon, you will leverage your expertise in applied research and technical analyses to drive progress in mineral extraction and processing. This role includes executing projects, developing technical work plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:• Execute complex research and development projects in metallurgy • Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale testing safely and effectively • Interpret data and formulate technical recommendations • Communicate findings to clients and stakeholders • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, master’s preferred • 3–5 years of industry or research experience • Proven problem-solving capabilities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience providing guidance to junior staff
