A full company profile is available at Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative is accountable to the Customer Service Manager and the Sales and Business Development Director. You will be part of an established customer service team and will be required to interact with customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services: process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
