March Consulting LP ("March") is an Indigenous‑owned and employee‑owned multi‑disciplinary engineering company headquartered in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We provide engineering, procurement, project, and construction management services to a variety of resource‑based enterprises. Position Overview
This role leads process engineering activities, supports multidisciplinary project teams, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and contributes to the successful delivery of high‑quality engineering solutions for March Consulting’s clients. Primary Responsibilities
Conduct economic and technical feasibility studies in chemical, mining, petroleum, uranium, or other precious metal processing industries. Research and develop processes, reactions, and materials in chemical engineering. Evaluate chemical process technology and equipment, determining production specifications.Design and test chemical processing and associated plants and equipment—including systems for uranium and precious‑metal extraction, concentration, and refining. Oversee construction, modification, operation, and maintenance of pilot plants, processing units, or processing plants. Establish and conduct quality control programs, operating procedures, and control strategies to ensure consistency and adherence to standards for raw materials, products, waste, and emissions.Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for process aspects of industrial construction. Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers. Develop guidelines and specifications for handling dangerous chemicals, uranium‑bearing materials, environmental protection, or standards for foods, materials, and consumer goods.Maintain efficient interdisciplinary and client communication. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related engineering discipline. Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a Canadian provincial association. Master’s degree or doctorate in a related engineering discipline (an asset). Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Commensurate with education and experience. Benefits: Life, disability, health and dental, retirement benefits (RRSP), health spending account, paid sick time and more. Work Information
Work hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Work location: Saskatoon, Regina, or Calgary. Remote work options will be considered for out‑of‑province candidates.
