Job Overview
Position: Customer Sales&Service Representative. Location: Saskatoon, SK. Job Type: Full‑Time. Status: Non-Exempt. The function of the Customer Sales&Service Representative is to provide direct support to customers, Account Manager and Branch Operations personnel in the ongoing development of existing and prospective LGG Industrial customers to ensure that the Branch is able to meet its growth targets. Responsibilities
Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures. Process incoming inquiries to company sales system. Quote customers using working knowledge of product. Achieve budgeted Branch sales goals. Receive incoming shipments into inventory, post in online system and place items in warehouse.Pick product in warehouse and prepare items for delivery or shipping. Assemble products to company, customer or manufacturer’s standards. Perform product testing to quality standards per work instruction. Operate mechanical equipment, hand tools, forklifts and picking lifts. Monitor delivery date commitments and expedite where appropriate.Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for new sales growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Provide technical/service support to account management, service center management, and internal and external customers. Deliver product as required.Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in industrial sales. College degree preferred; will consider equivalents. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to interact with customers and team‑members professionally. Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to perform calculations with whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, internet, email). Ability to utilize company software. Benefits
