Service Representative at our Saskatoon,
Saskatchewan location. In this role, you will provide our customers with expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems. Unlike most CSR roles, you will build ongoing business relationships with our customers through repeated contact and consultation. As this is a service and parts center, our ability to get customers' business often depends on your ability to quickly and efficiently provide them with the right parts and/or solutions – especially when customers are experiencing costly equipment breakdowns. You may also occasionally have hands‐on duties that will require mechanical aptitude.
