Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role helps ensure productive, transparent, and reliable municipal services while contributing to the R.M. of Corman Parks growing organization and commitment to service excellence. Responsibilities Support audits, financial records maintenance, and ERP data analysis. Provide backup support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury functions. Maintain records for deposits, bonds, Letters of Credit, and contract tracking systems. Coordinate VOC submissions and overdue ticket collections with Bylaw Court and Bylaw Officers. Support the water utility fob system, including reconciliations and discrepancy investigations. Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and assist with process improvements.
