Key Duties & Responsibilities Inspections & Diagnostics: Conduct regular checks of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to identify problems early. Preventive Maintenance: Lubricate machinery, clean filters, replace worn parts, and follow schedules to prevent breakdowns. Repairs: Handle minor fixes like drywall patching, fixing doors, replacing light fixtures, and repairing equipment. System Maintenance: Make minor adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. Groundskeeping: Maintain outdoor areas, including mowing lawns, clearing debris, and managing pathways. Inventory Management: Track tools, supplies, and equipment, and make necessary purchases. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety rules, inspect fire alarms, and maintain overall facility safety. Coordination: Schedule and oversee specialized contractors (electricians, plumbers) for major repairs. Record Keeping: Document and logs maintenance and repair tasks. Emergency Response: Respond quickly to unexpected issues like leaks or power failures. REQUIREMENTS Technical knowledge in various trades (electrical, plumbing, mechanical). Problem-solving and troubleshooting. Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and standing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
