Receptionist (Sault Ste. Marie)

Great Lakes Animal Hospital is a small animal hospital offering medical, surgical, and dental services for dogs and cats. We are looking for a full-time receptionist who shares our passion and values in order to help expand our practice. Duties: -Greet clients and patients in a friendly and welcoming manner -Scheduling -Answer phone, email, and social media inquiries -Maintain a clean and organized setting -Billing and accounts receivable -Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information -Various administrative duties as required Required Skills: -Passion for animals and a basic knowledge of animal care -Previous administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting -Friendly, compassionate demeanor -Excellent customer service skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Computer proficiency, including use of Word and Excel -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team -Problem-solving skills -Attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ol8hi
