Summer Customer Service Representative (May4–September72026) at LCBO. On‑site role reporting to store manager. Paid training includes store operations, customer service, and product knowledge (wine, beer, ciders, spirits). Provide engaging customer experience. Responsibilities

Serve customers using cash register system promptly, courteously and responsibly. Ask for donations for partner charities (Spirit of Sustainability Campaign). Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys. Receive product, replenish shelves, face‑up products. Maintain store cleanliness, organization and safety (clean spills&broken bottles). Lift cases up to 40lbs (18kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods. Qualifications

Comfortable working with teammates and customers. Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit). At least 18 years old. Bonus: Bilingualism in English and French. Must complete a Criminal Background Check at own expense before starting. Availability

Friday: 5:00PM– Close. Saturday and Sunday: all day for a 4‑to‑8 hour shift. Long Weekend: Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day weekends. Additional availability during week (Monday–Thursday) based on store needs. Schedules posted two weeks in advance; extra shifts may come up on shortnotice.Benefits
