Join Amrize as a Ready Mix Driver and help construct what's next. This role is part of Amrize Canada Inc., a leader in the Ontario construction industry. Responsibilities
Safely transport and deliver ready‑mix concrete to projects in and around the Kenora area. Operate late‑model Class AZ or DZ trucks (manual transmission) and perform meticulous pre‑ and post‑trip inspections. Act as a professional brand ambassador on‑site and foster strong relationships with customers.Champion a“Zero Harm” culture by adhering to health, safety and environmental policies. Conduct daily inspections of assigned ready‑mix trucks and document findings. Load and unload concrete following strict safety procedures and customer mix specifications. Maintain digital or manual delivery logs and complete all necessary project paperwork.Maintain constant, professional communication with Dispatch and Plant Personnel. Perform minor routine maintenance and keep the cab and exterior of the vehicle clean. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit the company’s safe practices in all work environments. Qualifications
Valid Class AZ or DZ Driver’s License with an Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. Proven experience operating manual transmissions. Previous experience in construction delivery or heavy vehicle operation is an asset. Clean driving record (CVOR/Abstract). Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including climbing truck ladders and lifting chutes.Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, with Saturdays and evenings as required. Meeting requirements for distance, peripheral, and depth perception to navigate busy construction sites. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators where required.Benefits
