Marketing Associate (Desbarats)

Position Overview In this Sales & Marketing Associate position, you will serve as one of the primary representative for Loonie Toons Pontoons, cultivating client relationships, devising comprehensive marketing strategies, and exhibiting our products at industry boat shows. This role integrates sales, creative content development, and client engagement to significantly contribute to our market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: - Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients and partners to generate new business opportunities. - Develop and maintain robust relationships with key customers and distributors. Effectively promote and sell our products through strategic client visits and participation in relevant boat shows. Marketing & Content Creation: - Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and sales. - Capture high-resolution images and videos of products for use in marketing collateral, website content, and social media campaigns. - Develop engaging video and photo content showcasing product features and benefits. - Manage and expand our social media presence.. Market Research: - Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and evolving customer needs. - Provide actionable feedback to enhance product offerings and optimize marketing strategies. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales marketing, or related fields, with marine/powersports industry experience preferred. - Proficient in photo and video production and editing software, including Adobe Premiere and Photoshop. - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities. - A passion for the marine and powersports industry, or boating, would be a outstanding asset. - Self-motivation and goal-orientation, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving, are highly valued.
